Workshop: Co-creating Collaboration – Insights & Tools

Workshop: Co-creating Collaboration – Insights & Tools

with Martina Nies

program | friday, 26.02.2021 | 11:15 – 12:45 (Notice: no more spots bookable)

Everyone should work together equally and creatively. Everyone should have a say and be able to develop their own potential – this is the aspiration of many groups and many a commitment or project starts under this premise. Sometimes disillusionment or even disappointment sets in after a while: Because the work does not run by itself, seemingly endless discussions are not followed by decisions and only a few take responsibility. There is another way!

In this workshop we will get an overview of the basics of good collaboration as well as methods and tools that support co-creative cooperation in our teams. In addition to input, there will also be time for trying things out and for collegial exchange.

Workshop leader Martina Nies has a degree in geography and is fascinated by co-creative and collaborative work in inter- and transidisciplinary teams. As a project developer and consultant, she accompanies people with diverse backgrounds, expertise and motivations who want to jointly develop and implement sustainable projects or change their living space.
